MODULE 1 - MINDSET
We will explore how you can improve your mental fitness by assessing the root causes of your internal challenges, whether they're for work, relationships, or personal limiting beliefs.
MODULE 2 - Marketing
Effective marketing strategies are crucial for personal and professional branding. We will help you create campaigns that will connect you with the right audience.
MODULE 3 - MANAGEMENT
Goal-setting and time management are essential for achieving personal and professional success. The best management is of yourself, ensuring direction, enhancing motivation, and ensuring tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met, leading to increased productivity and a more balanced life.
MODULE 4 - MONEY
Financial literacy is essential for both business and personal life, providing the knowledge to make informed decisions about money. In business, it enables effective budgeting, cash flow management, and growth planning, while in personal finance, it fosters stability, security, and the ability to achieve long-term financial goals.

Multiple ways to learn the material
Live Video Training Sessions: We meet with you on Zoom calls weekly to review course material, engage lively discussion, and provide relatable real-world application.
Workbook: Contains a variety of activities, such as glossary puzzles, short answer questions, fill-in-the-blanks, and group and individual projects which allow you to study and apply concepts presented in the training.
Pre-Assessment: Used to identify your strengths and weaknesses and determine your prior knowledge of the subject matter. This allows us to focus on the specific subject matter you need to improve in the most.
Fundraising & Scaling Strategies: SparqU's strategic connections and resource introductions empower you to effectively raise funds and scale your ventures.
Exercise Labs: Labs are interactive activities that simulate situations presented in the training videos. Step-by-step instructions and live demonstrations are also provided.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR THIS COURSE?
In order to successfully complete training, you must have:
Access to a Laptop or Desktop with Windows 10 or Mac OS X with a keyboard and mouse.
Beginner’s level of using internet browsers such as Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge, or Safari.
High-speed internet is preferred.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THIS COURSE?
Each module is only 2 hours each. You can complete this course in 4 2-hour sessions, or 8 1-hour sessions.
