Apply visual design principles to business communications and distinguish effective designs for presentations, emails, and documents. Use data visualization effectively to present complex information through graphs, charts, and infographics
DOMAIN 4 - DELIVERING YOUR MESSAGE
Explain the factors that contribute to delivering an effective message, including personal presentation (like attire and hygiene), environmental variables (such as location, physical space, technology, and formality), and considerations like body language, regional language differences, imprecise language, jargon, context, and audience perceptions.

DOES THE CERTIFICATION EXAM COME WITH THE COURSE?
Yes. We provide training, exam vouchers, and proctoring. The CSB certification is a Certiport-provided exam that is nationally recognized. You must pass with 70% or higher in order to show full competency and potentially earn college credit. The exam has 40-50 questions timed in 50 minutes.
